time to make the cover Okay I'm picturing Barbara with her ripped up costume in the foreground with Simon in his sequined stryder getup looming around her..somewhere.

I want to show off the Shabael (simon's summer fortress) since drawing all the clockwork gears is easy with 3d models, they make a nice filler around the characters.

so any feedback would be directly applied to the outcome regarding composition/ color choices/ too many freakin gears.

edit: Okay.. I decided to make simon more smily and add the sparkle effect; made the gears larger and more integral to the background

Umm are we supposed to be choosing between the three?

I particularly like the gears, you can never really have too many since SO many gears are used to run clocks in the first place. I especially like the composition in the bottom most page because it has Simon (I think that was his name) sort of hanging menacingly around her, but also at the camera, and the sword also. It gives a good impression since we don't yet know if they are the bad guys or good guys yet. Or both?

I like the third one too.

I prefer the second one (it has a very smily simon). but the composition of the third is better, I think.

I like the secound one best because it is FABULOUS. I also like the composition best, it's got alot going on without looking too busy, while I think the first one looks too plain and the last one seems to have too much going on.

i'm voting for the one on the lower left. maybe do it with deep/darkish colors and contrast

I know it's kind of late to be saying this but I REALLY like the logo. Or just the fact that you HAVE a logo.

I like the one on the right C:
It just screams to me for some reason.

Star Wars? They remind me of Star Wars. Especially the third. Did you do that intentionally?

Is that a visual metaphor to hint us that they are siblings?

I like the first one the best... Clockworks are kind of cool but they've also become a bit clicheish. And Simon is way more mysterious on the background than on the front.

Hmm. In my humble opinion, I would say either the first or the third though I'm leaning towards the staircase one; in it, even though Simon is less present, he is far more mysterious and menacing. Sort of detached but completely in control. Creepy. There's a real sense of depth there as well. The arrangement of colours in it is the best as well. That said, I'm sure they'll all look pretty damn good in the final product.

I like the one with the stairs and the one on the bottom. Their compositions are most appealing...or perhaps it's the color scheme...

I'm torn between the top two.
