No one is coming to save you And that's it for chapter one...will now begin on the color cover for chapter 2 which I intend to post here in stages so people can give me pointers. I might have it done by tomorrow evening but monday probably sounds more realistic since I really take the cover seriously. If people really want the next story update I will start posting chapter 2 with a 'placeholder' for the cover.

Thus marks the end of chapter one.
Was a good paced first chapter! Can't wait to see how it turns out. Incredible detail on the 1st panel btw.

Syllabic Spelling Correction No one really says "etern-it-y."

But rather, "eter-ni-ty" is more correct when you actually hear people pronounce the word. Just throwing that out there.

Also, music notes around the lyric bubbles might be helpful too, to imply that he is making up lyrics for a song. Otherwise, people will first read it through as a "Hmm, more straightforward dialogue.. Read normally.. err... too late."

A lot of comics do that, though. He'd have a problem if no one could tell that he was making up song lyrics even after they'd read the whole thing, but as it stands, there's no problem with it coming together at the end. Besides, the ambiguity sort of fits.

Musical notes would just look terribly out of place, anyway.
